Our owner spotlight for December is Rebecca Fralick and Kyle Matenaer, Owners #360
Tell us about yourselves.
I’m from California, and Kyle is from the Oconomowoc area. Kyle is the worship pastor at Faith church, and I own a cafe/catering company in Sheboygan. We have a 7-year-old daughter named Mara (also the namesake of my cafe!). We also have a dog named Mabel. We love cooking together, going on walks, music, art, and being outside when the weather is nice.
Why did you invest in the Clipper City Co-op and become an owner?
I love to support local businesses and the coop is a great way to do that!
Why do you feel Manitowoc needs a food co-op?
Manitowoc needs a coop to support local businesses, to bring the community together, and to provide healthy options.
Thank-you Rebecca and Kyle for investing in the co-op! Rebecca has also helped cater some of the food for our booth at the Young Professionals event earlier this year. Thanks for sharing why the co-op is important to you!
